Children suffering from Nephritis are easy to have symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination and stranguria. They may have or have no elevated blood pressure. Nevertheless, when Nephritis develops into uremia (end stage of kidney stage), it usually is associated with high blood pressure; in addition, it is hard to control. Generally speaking, prognosis of Nephritis associated with high blood pressure is poorer than Nephritis without high blood pressure.
With Nephritis, children may feel pain when they urinate. Furthermore, they always have lower fever symptom which is manifested with intolerance of cold.
